DESCRIPTION
You will take charge and execute the Hanu Social Media & Email Marketing efforts like a unicorn riding a bolt of lighting. In other words, very well, with extreme intention and purpose and with demonstrable results.
We are a mental health software and software enabled services (therapy) company. Here are a few things that will help you decide if this position is right for you or if YOU are right for the position.
- The right candidate will set meaningful social media and email marketing goals for each quarter with input from the broader marketing team and then will spend each and every day working to hit them.
- The right candidate will be a world class communicator. We cannot overemphasize this enough. You need to excel in organizing, helping the team pick a path and driving the team for shared deliverables and objectives in social media and email marketing.
- The right candidate will be a social media and expert with experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok. We are NOT looking for someone to passively post things but rather someone who does that and THEN GETS IN THE GAME through interactions, DM’s and fun ideas.
- The right candidate will have DONE THIS BEFORE, know exactly how they want to attack this and be able to communicate it to me at the strategic level and then be able to organize that plan on a detailed tactical level.
REQUIREMENTS & THINGS TO KNOW
- We don’t work with agencies. Period. We just want one kickass social media expert.
- If this is your “side hustle”, we’re not interested. This needs to be what you wake up and do every day, for a living …. and you’re good at it.
- You will need to be able to join our weekly planning meeting, help us with 1) strategy, 2) tactics on the social and broader marketing front and 3) interaction with other ways to amplify social media (influencers, advisors, therapists, other).
- Someone familiar or an expert with Later (social media scheduling and planning app).
- Hard driving, hard charging, free thinking marketer who helps us creatively think through social media, growth, messaging and interaction with other growth channels.
- SIMPLY, you get it done without us having to ask twice. You find a way to win if people don’t get back to you. You find a way to win no matter what.
