Growth Marketing Leader


You will be leading our marketing efforts! We need a hands on marketing expert who will be the CEO’s right hand person to drive the heck out of our marketing team, build a plan, hold yourself and others accountable to the plan, convert customers, drive sales and build an amazing business.

We are a mental health software and software enabled services (therapy) company. Here are a few things that will help you decide if this position is right for you or if YOU are right for the position.

  • The right candidate will set meaningful operational and financial goals and will make sure we hit them.
  • The right candidate will agree to deliverables and dates and will hit them.
  • The right candidate will be a world class leader and communicator. I cannot overemphasize this enough. You need to excel in organizing a team, helping the team pick a path and driving the team for shared deliverables and objectives.
  • The right candidate will get their HANDS DIRTY and get in the game. I don’t want or need someone who simply manages, I also need someone who DOES the work.
  • The right candidate will have DONE THIS BEFORE, know exactly how they want to attack this and be able to communicate it to me at the strategic level and then be able to organize that plan on a detailed tactical level.


This is a HANDS ON POSITION. You will be writing, planning, communicating, configuring, troubleshooting along with all the other stuff you see below.

  • Strategy & Planning. Work with the CEO on annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly objectives, goal setting, OKR’s, etc.
  • Leadership & Management. Lead, inspire and manage marketing via team meetings, team tracking, planning and coordination. Make sure each team member knows what they are responsible for each week.
  • Marketing Expertise. Manage all the growth channels! Base channels are SEO, Non-Paid Social Media & Email Marketing.
  • Marketing Evolution. Evolve our generation two channels, Influencer, Podcasts, Conferences and Partnerships.
  • Marketing Future. Design our generation three channels, paid ads and paid social. Retargeting is probably the first channel to explore.
We’d love to have you on our team if …..
  • 3-5 Years experience in the growth marketing space
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred but not required
  • B2C/D2C leader with deep experience in driving leads for inside sales
  • Experience working at venture backed startups
  • Strong leadership and project development skills
  • World Class collaboration & communication skills
